Who We Are?

We are an inclusive, intersectional group of persons of various ethnic backgrounds and professions coming together in an effort to increase access to healthcare, medical and STEM fields by actively informing and educating People of Color about  professions within the medical, healthcare, and STEM fields that don’t normally make it to our communities. 

 

People of Color (PoC) include Asian/Pacific Islander/Middle Eastern, Latinx/Hispanic, Afro-Latinx/Caribbean, Black, African, Native/Indigenous Peoples, and/or bi-/multi-ethnic/racial backgrounds.

 

This site is a professional and educational space for minority members at all levels of the medical, healthcare, and STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) field, therefore, we expect each visitor to be respectful, considerate, and thoughtful when the opportunity to engage with each other presents itself. And hopefully, we can introduce you to a profession that you never knew you’d be a perfect fit for!
